This black and white photo shows a full room of people gathering around a very large multi-tiered cake as DMACC celebrates its 10th anniversary. This celebration was held on the Ankeny campus.
From the September 27, 1976 Campus Chronicle: "A birthday party, celebrating the tenth anniversary of DMACC is planned for Sunday, Oct. 17 on the Ankeny campus. Following a special recognition ceremony, the campus will be open for tours. Games, snacks, an antique car show, and music by guest high school pep bands will be provided."
