Open SPACE @ DMACC is a repository for work created by students, faculty, staff, and administration of Des Moines Area Community College. The focus of this repository is multi-faceted and reflected in its title. "Open" echoes the value and importance of creating open access to work produced by the DMACC community. "SPACE" is an acronym representing both content and function of this project: Scholarship Preservation And Creative Expression. The DMACC Libraries organizes, selects, and administers the repository. This project includes faculty research, student work, staff writing, college publications, college archives, and other materials.
