Dr. Arsim Bajrami (left), Minster of Education, Science and Technology for the Republic of Kosovo and Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) President Rob Denson sign a Memorandum of Partnership that will bring DMACC’s best practices and academic infrastructure for vocational and technical careers to that nation. As part of the agreement, the Republic of Kosovo will send 10 students to DMACC in the fall semester in a partnership that may lead to an exchange of professors between DMACC and Universities in Kosovo. Dr, Bajrami called the agreement “historic” and invited a professor exchange between DMACC and the University of Prishtina.
