This color photo is similar in composition to Photo (Events #28) and shows DMACC President Paul Lowery and a woman (Hilja Lowery?) cutting a very large, multi-layer cake as DMACC celebrates its 10th anniversary.
From the September 27, 1976 Campus Chronicle: "A birthday party, celebrating the tenth anniversary of DMACC is planned for Sunday, Oct. 17 on the Ankeny campus. Following a special recognition ceremony, the campus will be open for tours. Games, snacks, an antique car show, and music by guest high school pep bands will be provided."
